We had a very good experience dealing with the staff at CRC Truro. We went in looking at small trailers to tow behind our SUV. They were most helpful to us in picking out a trailer and they gave us a great deal. We were in on a Saturday and were going on vacation the next weekend so needed to have it ready asap. They bent over backwards to accommodate us. When we arrived the next weekend, the hitch we brought did not fit, but they hooked us up, literally, with one they had at no charge. We drove through very heavy rain during our vacation and had a couple of leaks. We dropped it off on the way home from vacation and they fixed everything. We would highly recommend purchasing your Jayco trailer from them.

I recently purchased a Travel trailer from CRC RV Center in Turo Nova Scotia and was incredibly impressed with the sales and service I received. I found the sales personnel incredibly knowledgable and very helpful with choosing our new camper. I would without hesitation recommend CRC trailer sales in Turo to anyone, who is looking for a new or used travel trailer. The friendly staff, and after sales service are second to none in my opinion.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The salesman, Chad, took plenty of time to show us many RV’s until we found the one that was exactly right for us. It was nice to deal with a salesman that did not put any pressure to buy. After having the trailer for 5 months now, I can honestly say I will not buy another jayco. At one time jayco was a very good name. It is not anymore. I have an awning that was glued to the outside light and the first day we put it out the sun heated the glue enough it started letting go. Needless to say we have been without an awning all summer and it has not been comfortable. We have a stove that the oven does not work probably and Have not been able to cook with it yet as we are still waiting for service. Also, the fit and finish is definitely not up to snuff. Trim is terrible, table so close to the window you can not pull the shade all the way down. Buyer beware

Big big thank you to the service folks Mike Marco and Bobbie Jo. I had to evacuate from hammonds plains fire and we had lived in the rv. but by mistake I got the stabalizer jacks broken! These guys replaced them pretty quickly, de winterize the rv, waive the labour cost and even gave me discount on the parts! It's sooo nice of you!Thank you!

Previously we have owned a 2007 Jayco. My wife and I showed up the last day of the RV show in HFX in Jan. Walked the entire show, looking at all the trailers from all the manufacturers. Decided to leave... was not impressed at all with the quality and how it has changed. However, we did realize we missed CRC Truro as the only Jayco dealer in NS. They had trailers tucked away in one corner of the exhibit So we popped by to see what Jayco is now building. Loved the layouts and while the quality has changed, we were still very impressed with them. So fast forward 2 hours of Lucas spending time with us (along with the rep from Jayco) looking at different models, try to match our needs to a trailer and answering 100s of questions, we left to think it over. Later that week we got in contact with Lucas and arrange a viewing with him and Kris on site (before they even opened for the season, they came in to once again answer our questions and show us some trailers) We settled on a trailer, purchased mid Feb, picked it up mid April. In that time I've had dealt with Lucas, Kris, Bobbie-Jo, several of the techs. Consistency across the team. Customer service matters. We ran into few little snags and at every turn it was 'something is wrong, but we'll fix it' The willingness to go above and beyond seems to be rare nowadays but at CRC that wasn't the case. Example. We had a problem with RV cameras and compatibility with my new truck and they called the truck dealership and other businesses trying to solve a problem that wasn't theirs. And as I drove away with my new trailer, I felt like a valued customer. While I hope I don't have to visit often, I feel like if I do need service, I'm confident that the CRC Truro team will continue to provide me exceptional customer service. And if my needs change... I know where to go to look for my next trailer. May 2023 Apparently needs change faster than anticipated and we traded it in on a 5th wheel already. Same great team. And I had a follow on issue after picking it up and CRC dealt with it quickly so the service is as expected

Lucas, Marco, Bobby Joe, Chris, Sam and the whole CRC Team are amazing! From the purchase of our Jayco in fall 2022 to the checkup this spring 2023 they are unbelievably accommodating. We got a new truck with only a days notice before we headed out for our May long weekend trip. We needed to have our hitch recalibrated and Marco made sure to mention it and Bobby Joe went above and beyond to fit us in (during their busy season) to ensure we got on our way to our long weekend camping trip. Not to mention they replaced our battery at no charge! Can’t thank them enough! Will be recommending to anyone looking to buy a trailer! Thanks CRC! ❤️

I love my new 2022 jayco jay feather 24bh. All the staff at CRC RV Super Centres were amazing to deal with. Right from just looking to financing and even the parts manager. What a great experience. But I have to say my favorite person to deal with was Chad! He was super friendly and knows his stuff. If you are looking for a new or used RV I would definitely recommend you going to see him. You will leave there knowing you made the right choice on your new RV.

Just purchased a new Jayco Jay Flight 7 from CRC. The sales staff have gone above and beyond. Everything we asked to be completed before we picked up the trailer was done. No need to ‘chase’ them they were on it. In this day and age of bad customer service we were almost shocked with their exceptional follow through! Thanks guys

The staff at CRC Truro are always friendly and helpful, but on Oct 30, Chris and 1 of his sales team members (I didn’t catch his name) both went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most. Recently part way thru an east coast trip with my new Jayco trailer we ran into some issues, water issues from the tip out while traveling. The trailer was not bought a CRC, but they were the closest dealer on route to where we were. Leaving out a lot of the details of the issue on this and to the point. we had agreat experience with Nicole (service manager) and one of the service techs. Got us fixed up and one the road with what they could do while we were traveling. Still have to take it in when we get back home to solve the big issue but we can travel knowing the trailer will not be damaged as we use it.

Amazing experience at CRC RV Truro from the whole team. Negotiations were more than fair in buying our trailer and we are so happy with the service department. At the start of this season, they were so accommodating in fixing a significant last minute problem so we wouldn’t miss our first camping trip of the season. Would highly recommend for travel trailer purchasing needs. After a disappointing circumstance at another dealership we were well taken care of here. We fell in lust with a Jayco at the RV show, and even though we already had an RV and swore we did not 'need' a new one...we bought one because of Ryan, the non-pressure sales rep. Ryan ( sales) Laura ( Finance/Extended warranty) and Zues ( Service Manager) are an awesome team. The after-sale service tells the true story, and we are impressed with the service we have received. They have my vote and we would highly recommend.

Extremely helpful when problems occur. Good service is rare but these guys are great.

Dropped in unannounced for a repair. They jumped right in and fixed the problem immediately. Even allowed us to dump to do a further check of the plumbing and tanks. Very reasonable about payment as well.
